Terms

Last updated: 20 May 2026

1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use the PlanHouse marketing website at planhouse.ai. Separate terms — agreed in writing with each firm — govern use of the PlanHouse application at app.planhouse.ai.

2. The product

PlanHouse is a productivity tool for licensed financial advisers in Australia and New Zealand. It helps advisers prepare and document advice. PlanHouse does not provide financial advice to consumers. Every output is a draft for adviser review.

3. Adviser responsibility

Advisers and the firms they work for remain solely responsible for the advice they provide to their clients, for compliance with their licensing obligations, and for the accuracy and suitability of any document they finalise using PlanHouse.

4. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the service, reverse-engineer it, or use it to harm others. Do not upload content you do not have the right to share. We may suspend access where these terms are breached.

5. Intellectual property

The PlanHouse name, brand and the software running this site are owned by PlanHouse. You retain ownership of any content you submit via the platform. You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, display and operate the service for you.

6. Beta service

PlanHouse is currently in private beta. Features may change, and access may be limited. We will give reasonable notice of material changes that affect existing users.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The marketing site and any free preview of the platform are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties. Nothing in these terms limits any consumer-protection rights that cannot be excluded under Australian or New Zealand law.

8. Contact
