1. About this page

This page describes how PlanHouse handles information when you visit our marketing website at planhouse.ai or use the PlanHouse application at app.planhouse.ai. PlanHouse is in private beta; this notice will be expanded before general availability.

2. Information we collect

When you browse this marketing site we collect only what the web requires — your IP address, user agent, and the pages you request. When you sign up for the PlanHouse application we collect the account details you provide (your name, work email, firm name, jurisdiction) and the content you choose to enter about your firm and clients.

3. How we use it

We use this information to deliver the service, to keep the platform secure, and to communicate with you about your account. We do not sell personal information. Aggregated, de-identified usage data may be used to improve the product.

4. Cookies

The marketing site uses no tracking cookies. The application uses a small number of strictly necessary cookies for sign-in sessions and security. If we add analytics later, we will update this notice and surface a clear choice.

5. Sharing & sub-processors

We use a small number of trusted infrastructure providers to host and operate PlanHouse (for example, hosting, email delivery, error tracking, and AI model providers). They process information on our behalf and only as needed to provide the service. A current list of sub-processors will be published before general availability.

6. Security

Data is encrypted in transit. Access to production systems is restricted, logged and reviewed. We follow least-privilege principles for both staff and software.

7. Your rights

You can request a copy of your personal information, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop processing it. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable time and in accordance with applicable Australian and New Zealand privacy law.
